**Job Summary**
We are a community business with charitable status that supports adults with disabilities to develop new skills in a workshop environment.
We are seeking a detail-orientated and proactive Financial Administrator to join our team.
**Responsibilities** to include, but not limited to:
- Maintenance of accurate financial records and ensuring timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
- Preparation of monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Assistance in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support strategic planning.
- Conducting regular audits of financial processes to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements of the Financial Conduct Authority.
- Liaison with external auditors during annual audits and provision of necessary documentation as required.
- Management of payroll processing using the on-line portal provided by our payroll company, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll production and ensuring all employee records are up to date.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal responsibilities of the organisation across the board.
- Carrying out day to day administrative tasks.
- Maintenance of staff holidays and sickness records.
- Management of the organisation's petty cash and banking.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £11.87-£13.44 per hour
Expected hours: 15 per week
