**Responsibilities**:

- Collect packages from our distribution center and ensure their secure loading into your own van.
- Plan and organize efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and meet delivery deadlines.
- Safely drive and operate your van to transport packages to their designated destinations.
- Ensure proper handling and care of packages to prevent any damage during transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service by delivering packages with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
- Obtain necessary signatures and proof of delivery from customers.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team and report any delivery-related issues or delays.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and traffic regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Must have your own reliable van with a valid driver's license and insurance.
- Previous experience as a courier or delivery driver is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to plan and prioritize deliveries.
- Excellent navigation skills and knowledge of the local area.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to handle packages of various sizes and weights.
- A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented approach.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings if necessary.
