**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Director, who managed companies in various industries including Real Estate, Franchising, Finance and International Properties.

This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the office and facilitating effective communication within the team.

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing schedules, appointments, and correspondence.
- Maintain an organised filing system for documents and records, ensuring easy access to information.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records in relevant databases.
- Book flights and hotels, as required.
- Assist with clerical duties such as drafting letters, preparing reports, and managing office supplies.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation and communication with team members.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling calls and messages on behalf of the Director.
- Support the Director in projects or events as needed.

**Skills**
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Accurate data entry skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality work output.
- Familiarity with clerical tasks and administrative processes within an office environment.
- Competence in general office procedures and practices to support daily operations effectively.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
