Our **Colonnade Bar** in sunny **Brighton** is seeking a pub supervisor to work alongside the Pub Manager in the day to day running of the pub and supervising the team.

You will be responsible for the operational running of the pub, ensuring friendly and welcoming service from yourself and the casual bar staff. You will be a confident and experienced bars professional, with good people management skills as well as a drive to deliver excellent customer service. Experience of cash handling and stock procedures is vital, as well as cellar management experience.

This is a great opportunity to join and help build a new team in a newly refurbished pub, and to contribute to the reputation and standing of the pub as part of the community and cultural centre of the town.

**To Note: You will be required to work various shift patterns in line with the opening hours of the pub, including daytimes, evenings, and weekends.**
