**Salary**: £50-60k
We are working with an exciting, growing online gaming platform business and they are on the look out for an experienced Scrum Master to come on board and take control.
You will be an experienced Scrum Master working closely with the Technology team to deliver innovative sports betting and casino solutions to their customers across the globe. The role will be working within an Agile framework and will be required to collaboratewith cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong leadership and coaching abilities.
**Responsibilities**:
- Sprint planning & Agile ceremonies i.e. Stand-ups, planning, backlog refinement, demos, retrospectives
- Monitor project progress continuously and present detailed reports on milestones and deliverables. Frequent reporting on project status & resource utilisation
- Perform risk analysis to identify issues during the project lifecycle. Manage external/internal dependencies, issues and risks effectively and creatively propose solutions to challenges
- Ensure deliverables are completed to specification, within an established time frame and scope
- You will be responsible to train, mentor, and support scrum teams to follow agile values, principles, and practises
- Assist with any other reasonable tasks within the context of the role/team/department as
- specified by the line or authorised manager
Essential (must have) - knowledge, skills and experience
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM, A-CSM or CSP-SM) or equivalent
- Experience of running multiple globally dispersed teams, with the ability to lead, oversee, motivate and manage people in a Technology environment
- JIRA/Confluence and Agile experience
- Deep understanding of agile metrics (tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, User stories etc.) to analyse and improve sprint planning
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Excellent influencing skills
- Highly organised and excellent prioritization skills
- Ability to work in fast paced environment
Desirable (nice to have)
Experience within an online gaming environment
