To assist our in-house property helpdesk to effectively respond to repair and maintenance requests from our Licensees and Team members across the Pub / Hotel and Brewery Estates comprising more than 320 locations across the South East of England.

This is an apprenticeship based position based in our head office at the Faversham Brewery. Reporting to our Senior Surveyor and Help Desk manager, we are seeking a motivated person with drive and ambition to develop a career within the property sector.

We will support you with appropriate training and opportunities to learn from our experienced team of in-house Surveyors and property professionals.

**Duties & responsibilities**
- Gain a strong understanding of the maintenance and repair obligations across various parts of the estate and advise accordingly
- Establish an effective working relationship with various stakeholders including Area Managers, General Managers, Tenants, Surveyors, Colleagues, Contractors and Third Parties - focussing on great communication and a can do attitude
- Process and record property enquiries, clarifying details, urgency and agreed actions providing initial guidance
- Ensure all enquiries are logged and efficiently on our property helpdesk systems
- Liaise with contractors and ensure all stakeholders are informed and updated on estimated commencement dates / drive priority works to ensure business continuity
- Confirm completion of works and follow up to ensure high levels of satisfaction are maintained
- Assist the HD Manager and Senior Surveyor to drive Contractor KPI’s and SLA’s
- Provide support to our Statutory Compliance and H&S teams to ensure works are carried within agreed standards and timeframes.

**Preferred Experience**
- Strong IT literacy and communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all teams and with external stakeholders, contractors and consultants

Full time, 37.5 hours per week. 08:30 - 17:00, Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch (unpaid).
