If you are experienced in Support and Care, and perhaps looking for something more domestic and personal, Tezlom have a really good opportunity for you.

We are looking for a Complex Care Support Worker to work 36 hours per week, supporting a gentleman in his own home.

This gentleman has suffered a brain injury as a result of a road traffic accident and is now quadriplegic. He is highly dependent and needs maximum assistance and requires full personal care. He has a tracheostomy and a gastrostomy.

You will drive the purposely adapted vehicle to enable him to make home and community visits.

You will therefore hold a full and valid driving licence and be able to drive the adapted vehicle to enable the client to access the community.

He is 2:1 so you will be supported with another member of staff at all times, and you will also have the support of a dedicated family and manager behind you.

Shifts are across Monday to Sunday, usually days but occasional night cover needed too.

Please note this is a Permanent role, with guaranteed hours and a company pension too.

Experience Required:

- One year as a Support Worker/Carer essential
- Driver with access to own vehicle essential
- NVQ 2 OR 3 in Health and Social Care desirable
