**Main responsibilities and duties**

Working as part of the Pensions Administration Department in providing the provision of cash management services to deliver an efficient and effective service to LCP clients and their members as a member of the Cash Management Team.

**Duties**:

- Operation of client bank accounts
- Updating and maintaining client data
- Raising of beneficiary and third-party payments
- Bank reconciliations on a daily / weekly / monthly basis
- Liaising with banks to verify payments
- Answer queries from colleagues, partners & clients and 3rd party bodies via the telephone or other communication methods
- Producing quarterly income and expenditure reports
- Assisting with the installation of new clients onto the accounting system
- Assisting accountants with audits to allow accounts to be published within the legally prescribed timescales
- Provide assistance and support with ad-hoc team projects.
