We have an opportunity for a Senior Practitioner band 6 nurse to join the Greenways Assessment and Treatment Unit team in Macclesfield.
Greenways supports Adults with Learning Disabilities and complex needs with short term admissions for people requiring a period of intensive assessment and treatment away from home.
You will be part of a supportive multi-disciplinary team who work closely with other community services in providing a holistic approach to care utilising the 6 Cs in practice, these being Care; Compassion; Competence; Communication; Courage and Commitment, and support the development of person centred care plans.

**Main duties of the job**:
The post holder will need to ensure that the service is based on an ethos of collaborative working between individual service users, carers and all other key stakeholders.
Post registration experience of working with adults with learning disabilities and/or working within an assessment and treatment unit is essential.
Greenways is an inpatient service, therefore working hours are across the 24/7 spectrum on a shift system. For further information regarding this or anything else, please contact the Unit Manager, Marie Joyce.
