**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Executive with Enzen a global utilities company based in Solihull.

To accelerate the company’s growth, Enzen is looking for an ambitious, creative and driven marketing and communications executive who is keen to work in a company committed to accelerating the drive to net zero.

Working from the Solihull office and reporting to the Head of Marketing and Communications, you’ll work on external and internal marketing and communication activity for Enzen in the UK and also around the world.

From crafting social media posts to organising events and creating video to developing other collateral, you’ll broaden your skills and become a good marcomms all-rounder, learning about new technologies in a growing sector that’s focused on making our planet cleaner and greener.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:

- Creating and scheduling social media posts.
- Creating external and internal communication content like announcements, case studies, industry news.
- Managing the Enzen website, intranet and other marketing and communications admin.
- Managing Enzen’s content assets and libraries ie. presentations, case studies, photography and other visual assets.
- Assisting with organising marketing events like webinars, exhibitions, networking, innovation days and social events.
- Supporting the company’s CSR activity.
- Creating basic visual material through InDesign.
- Creating videos through our Storykit platform.
- Handling day-to-day comms queries with the support of the Head of Marketing and Communications.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths).

**Personal qualities / Skills Required**:

- Proactive, professional and willing to learn new skills.
- Interest / experience in the utilities, energy and water sector is preferable but not essential.
- Knowledge and experience with using social media platforms especially LinkedIn.
- Proactive and responsive when dealing with internal stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Organised, with good attention to details
- Proofreading

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
