We're currently working with our global client to secure talented and passionate Merchant Support Specialists for their UK operation. The Merchant Support Specialists who will work from home to operate as the first point-of-contact for the company's clientsand partners.
Dealing with queries from these organisations and liaising internally with the company's other departments, the Merchant Support Specialists will quickly develop an in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
Duties in the role will include collaborating with teams across the business, dealing with a wide variety of queries, analysing clients' payments-related issues, assisting with disputes and providing sustainable solutions, maintaining an in-depth knowledgeof functionality for all systems, and ensuring that a superior customer service is provided to clients.
