- Actively lead the team and manage the call queues to meet customer SLAs

ESP Global services have an opportunity for a Hardware Asset Management professional to join our team at our Reading HQ, to manage a small team of Workshop Technicians to ensure all build and configuration related tasks are completed to the relevant standards and in line with customer SLAs.

This team will be dedicated to one of our valued customer accounts.

**Key Accountabilities**
- Carry out & oversee build and configuration tasks on a wide range of hardware including laptops, desktops, tablets, smart phones and standard phones.
- Actively lead the team and manage the call queues to meet customer SLAs
- Accurately update any required databases / spreadsheets with progress on allocated tasks and ensure that each job is closed upon completion.
- Maintain accurate stock control for all devices and parts including those marked for disposal

**Skills / Experience Required**
- Ideally 2-3 years experience in an IT Configuration Centre
- A good standard of English & Maths skills
- Strong technical background
- A hands on approach and able to organise workflow
- Team leader experience desirable
- Able to delegate effectively
