**The position**:
Our client is seeking an Optical Assistant to join one of their many busy high street stores.

You will be responsible for assisting customers and providing excellent customer service within our retail branch. Helping customers with frame adjustments, repairs, fittings and selection and dealing with customer queries.
- Meeting and greeting customers offering excellent customer service
- Performing pre-screening eye health checks
- Ensuring a smooth and friendly handover to the optometrist
- Dispensing glasses
- Fitting and repairing spectacles
- Contact lens teaches
- Administration duties

**Desired experience**:

- Previous experience of working within a high street opticians
- Customer service Experience
- Computer literate
