**Brief Role Description**:
Due to business growth, we need an enthusiastic Production Supervisor who is looking to get stuck in to an exciting, busy, and friendly team.

**Responsibilities**:

- When working on days or afternoons shift you will be responsible for attending daily production meetings
- Shift production performance (OEE, Scrap)
- Reporting of production performance via shift reports and displaying data on various production boards
- Agency staff working on your shift
- Support continuous improvement projects (e.g. OEE, uptime, throughput, waste reduction, housekeeping and process improvement) throughout the production hall.
- Maintain manufacturing systems through hands-on leadership to increase plant efficiency.
- Provide guidance and support to subordinates through performance, training & development reviews/ action plans
- Work effectively with sales, customer service, quality, finance personnel to ensure product quality and service levels are maintained to the required levels
- Work to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
- Identify & support training of Shift personnel
- Be an effective & active member of the management team, driving successful culture & policies
- Demonstrate commitment to the company guidelines and policies
