Legal Receptionist

We have partnered with a very busy legal practice to recruit a receptionist.
**Responsibilities**:
- To answer all incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate person.
- To deal with any enquiries as and when able to do so.
- To take messages accurately and pass on to the appropriate person.
- To meet and greet clients and other visitors to the firm.
- To keep the reception area presentable, neat and tidy at all times, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.
- To assist with general administrative duties as and when required.
**Essential Criteria**:
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience as a receptionist
- MS Office experience including Word, Outlook and Excel
Salary is commensurate with experience and is a guide only.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £18,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Omagh: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
