Now, we’re looking for a **Creative UX/UI Specialist** to join our in-house creative agency and help us bring bold, user-centric digital experiences to life.

?? **What You’ll Be Doing**

As part of our **Enterprise Marketing + Comms** team, you’ll:

- Lead the design of intuitive, engaging digital experiences across websites, apps, landing pages, and internal tools.
- Use behavioural data, user research, and UX best practices to shape seamless user journeys.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams to bring ideas to life—from wireframes to polished UI.
- Champion accessibility, responsive design, and brand consistency in everything you create.
- Help evolve our digital design system and support campaigns with standout creative.

?? **What You’ll Bring**
- 3-5+ years of UX/UI design experience, ideally in an in-house or matrixed corporate environment.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UX thinking and visual design skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma or XD.
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and front-end principles (HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus).
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for storytelling through design and a sharp eye for detail.
