**About the role**
**Role type**: Permanent Full time, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday.
**Location**: Head Office, Enfield**
The HR Coordinator provides tactical execution of HR tasks that deliver immediate and short-term value to the people in the business and leadership teams. Their primary responsibility is to support our HR function through administrative duties, as well as by leading and coordinating recruitment and onboarding efforts. Secondary duties include supporting core HR operations.
**What you'll be doing**
- Drive and coordinate the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing hiring activities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
- Coordinate the onboarding process by preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, liaising with relevant departments and scheduling relevant training workshops, and ensuring a seamless transition for new employees.
- Coordinate employee offboarding, conduct exit interviews, ensure asset returns, update HR records, and coordinate benefits termination while ensuring legal compliance.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist payroll / benefits processing by collecting and verifying timesheets and handling employee compensation inquiries.
- Support HR programs and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture.
- Assist in conflict resolution and provide administrative support for employee relations matters.
- Organise and track training sessions, maintain training records, and support performance evaluation processes to ensure continuous employee development.
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and employee experience.
- Develop good relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and employees while maintaining ethical HR practices.
- Act with integrity, raising concerns when processes or decisions do not align with fair people management principles.
- Encourage inclusive decision-making by engaging a wide range of perspectives.
- Commit to continuous development by seeking learning opportunities to enhance HR expertise
- Assist with various HR ad-hoc requests, including employee inquiries, data reporting, policy updates, and special projects as needed to support the HR team and organisational goals,

- Promote a positive company culture by motivating and inspiring its adoption across the organisation.
**What we're looking for**
**Essential**:
- 2+ years of experience in an HR role or administrative support position.
- Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work with some guidance.
**Desirable**:
- 1 year experience with recruitment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in HR software
