**Role: Facilities Scheduler**

**Location: Wakefield, West Yorkshire**

**Salary: £24,000 per year DOE**

Multitask Personnel are delighted to be working with an established client who are focussed within the Drainage and Waste industry, looking at both the commercial and residential sector.

Due to continuous growth within the team, we are working alongside them to recruit a Facilities Scheduler in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. You will help manage a team of 20 workforce, ensuring that customer needs are met and work schedules are managed.

This is a Full Time, Permanent position.

**Main duties**:

- Allocating jobs
- Managing schedules
- Ensure team adhere to company policies & regulations
- Processing invoices
- Generating monthly reports as required
- Advising clients on a daily and weekly basis of job status
- General administration
- Office supplies

**You will need**:

- Good administration experience
- Excellent IT Skills
- Ability to deal with multiple tasks at one time
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of Drivers EU Working Hours
