As a Customer and Business Lead, you’ll support the scoping, pricing and delivery of vital technical security works and services in a highly secure, niche area.
- Support projects of national importance
- Working within the UK NACE section, you’ll be part of a crucial team providing technical and security services to the UK Government, armed forces and police forces across the UK and overseas. You’ll be responsible for the commercial aspects of small-scale projects including quotations for services, strategic planning, all the way to final billing and reporting. You’ll also assist with larger and more complex projects with the team. You’ve got a penchant for best practice, so you’ll ensure business plans, proposals and invoices are accurate and delivered in a timely manner to our customers. That’s why you’ll be easy to work with, reliable, responsive, and great at building relationships.
- Provide customer service for global clients
- With previous experience in customer or supplier relationship management, you’ll be responsible for beginning-to-end management of a customer query and look after the day-to-day progress of customer works. This will include dealing with everything from requests and enquiries, to low
- and high-level issues. You’ll be responsible for up to 50 different customers per year, so you’ll be able to prioritise and juggle multiple projects with ease. Plus, your problem-solving skills are second to none and you’ll be a natural at managing customers’ expectations.
