Reporting to the Global Head of Structured Products for GPB and Wealth, the role is based in London and responsible of the overall development of the asset class with the main focus on Profitability, Global governance and Risk management, in addition to other responsibilities across EMEA.

The overall objective of the Structured Products Specialist is to facilitate the delivery and distribution of the Structured products offering, through permanent contacts and interactions with the regional structured products specialists, front office staffs and other key stakeholders, in line with the regulation in place.

The role is intended to have a strong commercial focus and to provide a broad coordination with regional structured products specialists team as well as the frontline team and other products specialists to ensure clients objectives and needs are met.

**In this role you will**:

- Drive On-boarding, renewal, governance and ongoing monitoring of 3rd party issuers
- Take responsibility for the product implementation for investment packs and thematic. Work closely with the regional SP specialists and other specialists and stakeholders to ensure that the service meets agreed standards and thematic strategies, ensuring that we remain competitive and responsive to market trends
- Ensure a high level of interaction with the Structured Products specialists across the region
- Focus on global ideas and product launches, drive global investment ideas and manage the successful launch of products and campaigns globally
- Generate investment ideas and cross-fertilization across different markets and booking centres in order to maximizing opportunities and ensuring consistency in global offering

**To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements**:

- Strong expertise and proven experience of the Structured Products and Derivatives offering is essential, with a key focus on Fixed Income being desirable.
- Extensive Private Banking experience - essential
- A proactive and delivery focused working approach with excellent project management skills - essential
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with all stakeholders
- CFA Qualified to evidence understanding of investments would be desirable but not essential
