We have the perfect retail sales position for you Gala Motors seeks an experienced Used Ford Parts Advisor to join their team. Ideally, you will have experience within the automotive industry and a great working attitude. As a Parts Advisor, you will need to be target driven, comfortable selling with quality customer service skills.

The company is offering a competitive salary

£24000-£40000 PA depends on experience, effort and reaches monthly sales target and how hard you work and handle pressure.
Benefits: Pension scheme, 28 days annual holiday allowance, social events, complimentary drum of petrol/diesel every 2/3 weeks.

Hours of work for this role as a Parts Advisor are Monday to Friday with Saturdays on Rota.

**Be prepared to provide hands-on backup in the workshop as required marking cleaning picturing and stocking picking packing used parts.**
Skills and Qualifications of a Parts Advisor -Parts Link system -Front and back counter (Trade and Retail) -Strong customer service skills -Confident in sales Working as part of a team you will make sure that the right part is in the right place at the right time. Drawing on your experience and excellent organisation skills you will be dealing with customers both trade and retail as well as workshop staff.

Counter Responsibilities: To actively sell (face to face and over the telephone) and promote all our used Ford car parts ensuring correct procedures are followed. To serve customers politely and efficiently either at the counter, off-site, on the telephone, providing professional and timely advice on used parts. To advise and take orders for used parts updating the diary accordingly. To liaise with the workshop team as required. Ensure all stock orders received are shelved at the earliest opportunity and are presented safely, tidily and in an attractive manner. Displays should be updated and maintained regularly to maximise customer interest. Liaise with the Store Workshop to ensure they are kept supplied with a steady workload. **To perform Workshop duties as and when required**. To assist with stock takes as required. To wear the Company uniform at all times and uphold the company Brand. Having used the Parts Link system would be useful however not essential. You will work well in a team and will be very organised. You will have a good technical/mechanical understanding to aid your parts identification. To maintain a tidy and professional appearance and portray a professional attitude at all times.

**Be prepared to provide hands-on backup in a workshop as required marking cleaning picturing and stocking picking packing used parts**. A full driving licence is **essential for this role, IT Literate, HEAVY LIFTING INVOLVED**
