Hall Conservation Ltd is a leading Conservation and Restoration specialist in the UK engaged in a wide variety of work including: Consultancy, Sculpture, Object and Architectural Conservation Treatments as well as the Design and the making of Bespoke items.

As a company we are about to embark on several exciting projects and are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team. Working with our team of knowledgeable conservators and crafts people to ensure these prestigious projects are delivered to the highest standards. You will be based between our workshop in Charlton and Central London Westminster projects. Though moving forward a degree of flexibility as to location and working away from home might be expected (usually short project duration), If you are looking for a permanent role or a fixed term contract then we would like to talk to you.
- Managing a team of site operatives and/or sub-contractors in the delivery of heritage conservation projects within the construction industry.
- Responsible for receiving instruction from conservation and site managers to then instruct operatives and monitor progress
- Keep all relevant records with regards to progress, health and safety and quality
- Planning, monitoring and executing planned schedules of works.
- Planning and executing tasks to achieve specified outcomes and benefits.

**Required Certs**:

- CSCS Card
- SSSTS

**Desirable**:

- PASMA
- IPAF
- Asbestos Awareness

**Required experience**:

- 3 years experience in the construction industry including 1 year site supervision.
- Knowledge of Health, safety, environment and quality considerations working on construction

sites
- Receiving and delegating tasks to strict deadlines
- Leading weekly start meetings and delivering ‘Tool Box Talks’
- Carrying out and documenting equipment inspections in accordance with LOLER and PUWER regulations**Beneficial experience**:

- Previous work in heritage conservation, architectural metalwork or stone work preferred
- Experience handling fragile and valuable objects
- Critical thinking skills and willingness to contribute to team discussions
- A strong sense of responsibility and professionalism

Some of our work will also require security clearance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
