**ABA Support (School-Based) - Full-Time - Contract - January Start - Kensington & Chelsea, London**

WFW is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join a fantastic secondary school providing 1-1 ABA Support for an autistic student. This role is available for a January start (trial day before Christmas) and offers the opportunity to work directly with a bright student who requires structured and consistent support to thrive.

**About the Role**
- **Position**: 1:1 ABA Support
- **Location**: Secondary school in Kensington & Chelsea
- **Start Date**: January 2025
- **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, full-time (term-time only)
- **Pay**: £120 - £160 per day (umbrella)

**ABA Support - Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide tailored 1:1 support to a secondary school student with autism.
- Utilise ABA (Applied Behaviour Analysis) strategies to support self-regulation, learning, and social interaction.
- Collaborate with school staff, parents, and therapists to support the students EHCP and create a consistent and supportive environment.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of the student, ensuring their academic and personal development.

**About the Successful Applicant**:

- **Experience**: Proven strong experience working with children with complex behavioural needs, ideally within an ABA framework.
- **Qualifications**: ABA training or similar qualifications highly desirable.
- **Skills**: Patience, adaptability, and the ability to build a strong rapport with the student and their family.
- **Personal Traits**: A calm, proactive approach to behaviour management and a genuine passion for supporting children with autism.
