Retentions Advisor

**_We're looking to find a Retentions Advisor Hero to join our growing team._**:

- The Good News: The role is Monday to Friday, so there are no weekends involved with this role. There is a generous monthly performance bonus included on top of the basic salary, taking OTE’s to _**_£28,000_**
- Salary for over 23s is _**_£19,760_**_, for under 23s is _**_£19,157_**

What will you be doing?_**

As a Retentions Advisor, you will get to work on behalf of a globally recognised newspaper. The purpose of the role is to provide excellent customer service whilst promoting the features & benefits, so customers actively choose to retain their subscription

Interesting info..._** this newspaper is one of the most widely recognised & well-read current affairs publications in the world, its readers & fans include the likes off: Bill Gates, Barack Obama, Angelina Jolie and Pharrell Williams, just to name a few

Working hours are 9am-6pm, Monday - Friday_**
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
The role sits within our Outbound Sales & Retention team. You will dial several different types of data ranging from payment bounce back to winback, pending cancellations and retentions.

- Proven successful experience in customer sales or retention
- Great communication skills with a professional telephone manor
- Have a passion for sales, & strive to deliver success every day
- Experience of working to & achieving targets
- The ability to self-motivate & support and inspire your fellow sales professionals
- Great team playing skills
