**Commercial Paralegal**

The role

To review and negotiate a range of commercial agreements for all companies within the Group and assist other members of the team on various other commercial legal matters as needed.
- Reviewing, negotiating and/or approving a range of agreements across the entire business, principally sales (including new contracts, renewals, addendums, and RFPs/tenders), but also non-disclosure (NDAs), supplier, IT, marketing and finance agreements
- Assisting in the training of Sales teams regarding the contracting process and procedures
- Updating Salesforce with agreed custom terms and conditions and help ensure signed agreements are sent to Legal and filed in the contract management system
- Assisting in the Company's global compliance activities

**Requirements**:

- Relevant commercial contract experience, preferably in-house with a global company
- Solid analytical skills and high attention to details; willingness to ask questions
- Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure to meet deadlines and clients' expectations
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented collaborative environment
- Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work with colleagues internally at all levels within the Company
- Awareness of and commitment to confidential nature of the Legal team's work and responsibilities
