A great opportunity has become available for a BI Developer to join AS Tech, we’re on the lookout for someone with experience developing end to end data solutions, ensuring information is easily accessible and user friendly across the business. The Data teamis a growing function within the business and there is a real investment of time and resource to maximise the success of this area. **A bit about the role**
- Developing end to end data solutions, supporting in shaping the data landscape
- Managing data warehousing
- Responsible for ensuring the reporting and analytics solutions are kept up to date and accurate
- Help lead business performance by enabling data led decisions that support the business strategy
- Ensure that stakeholders have clarity of data use and capabilities
- Work with vendors where necessary to achieve the responsibilities of the role
- Deliver target data capability set out by the data lead
- Stay up to date with industry trends and assess new products
- Drive short and long term data/reporting/analytics solutions for the business

**We’re looking for someone who has**:

- Significant experience with SQL Server, SSAS and SSIS
- A keen eye for data quality
- A natural flair for leading by example, inspiring colleagues to do their best
- Excellent communication skills, able to build effective relationships at all levels
- Strong commercial awareness and exceptional attention to detail
- A ‘make it happen’ approach and enjoys a fast pace and dynamic environment
- Genuine care for what they do and how well they do it
- An affinity with our brand and is an authentic ambassador of our people values
