We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable or Finance Administrator to support the team on a 4-month temporary contract. Starting in January
- **Location**:Theale, office based
- **Job Type**: Temporary position
- **Working Hours**: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM

**As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for**:

- Creating and editing supplier records on the ERP system
- Validating supplier bank accounts via telephone
- Manage the accounts payable inbox
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Chasing VAT invoices
- Posting supplier invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders
- Strong Excel skills
- Minimum of 1 year's accounts payable experience
- Excellent communication skills
