Solar Installer

**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Install solar panels on rooftops and very occasionally, ground-mounted systems according to specifications and safety standards.
- Use power tools and hand tools to secure solar panels, brackets, and wiring.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on installed systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently and safely.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights or with electrical components.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in solar installation or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate power tools and hand tools effectively.
- Basic understanding of electrical systems is advantageous
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
- A valid driver’s licence may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: £43,277.00-£46,268.00 per year
