**CORPORATE LAWYER - 0-2 YRS PQE - GLASGOW** **Brief** We are currently looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 0-2 years PQE to join our Glasgow office. **Background to the Corporate Group** Pinsent Masons LLP has an international corporate group comprising some 140 lawyers, including 39 partners, 10 Legal Directors and 91 Lawyers. Our Corporate lawyers work with clients at the forefront of their strategic development advising on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, flotations, takeovers, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments.Our detailed knowledge and close working relationshipswith other professionals enables us to achieve the right structure for deals and to bring together appropriate funders and entrepreneurial investors. We specialise in the following areas: - M&A - Corporate Finance - Private Equity - AIM - Joint Ventures We undertake cross border work and recently have undertaken deals in Germany, Holland, South Africa, United States, Poland, France, Spain, Sweden, Turkey and Italy. We have a strong private equity practice operating as part of a national team advising a range of private equity institutions and management teams. We have extensive experience of advising on public takeovers,; flotations/initial public offerings; secondary issues including rights issues, placings and open offers; private placements; corporate governance; compliance with companies, securities and financialservices legislation.
