**The Company**
NW Tech is delighted to be working with an expanding utilities business in their search for a Database Developer.
**The Role**
Working within a newly created team, you will support the Business Intelligence functions in developing capability within various internal teams so that they can optimise processes and increase automation. Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting delivery of data products and strategy across all areas of the business
- Collaborating with internal and external client teams to identify and define requirements
- Using your expertise, help to advocate for a data-driven approach to business challenges
- Exploring new tools and techniques and driving adoption of innovative ideas

**The Requirements**
Key technical requirements:

- Strong SQL knowledge
- Understanding of BI concepts, tools, and platforms
- Experience in developing data warehousing solutions
- Knowledge of data modelling methods (e.g. Kimball)
- Ideally you will have some awareness of agile practises and statistical analysis.
