Perfect Shutters is a well-known, highly respected and successful premium retailer and installer of bespoke window shutters in the North West of England and is opening a new Showroom in Altrincham

We are proud to have installed more window shutters across the North West than any other company.

**Who is the right person for Perfect Shutters?**

You will be based in our showroom dealing with customers both over the phone and face to face.

If you enjoy talking with customers and helping them find their perfect window coverings, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for somebody professional and outgoing to fulfil this role to its maximum potential. Previous experience in a sales role is required.

Part time available, showroom open Monday to Sunday so will include weekend shifts.

**Sales Experience required**

The ability to multi-task. Being efficient on the CRM system whilst holding a friendly telephone conversation with the customer is key.
- Always maintain a professional approach.
- An ability to learn and articulate features & benefits of our products to prospects (showroom environment or zoom/ telephone) - full product training is given.
- Numeracy Confidence (you will be working with dimensions and prices)
- Strong administration and IT skills are essential. We use bespoke software, as well as MS Office, but full training will be provided in its use.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly on the telephone, with a focus on delivering great customer service.
- Excellent record keeping with Attention to Detail.
- Identify and prioritising the day's duties to maximise productivity
- Knowledge of Merseyside / Northwest area is beneficial to aid appointment scheduling

**About the role**

Here at Perfect Shutters, it’s all about our team and we actively encourage learning and development. However, to be successful in this role you will need, most or all, of the below attributes:

- Determine customer preferences and requirements to provide as full and accurate information as possible, whether in person or via telephone
- Outbound calling to existing customers to recommend the right solution to customers based on their needs
- Accurate data entry using our customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Calculate prices and provide quotes
- Manage all sales-related administration including the taking of payments and providing credit options
- Effective follow-up of all customer quotations and estimates to ensure a high conversion of sales.
- Work closely with our Field Sales Team to ensure communication between PerfectShutters and the customer is consistent.

Working as part of our ever-growing team, you'll be responsible for taking control of quotes over +14 days after Home Visit and converting them into Sales whilst working along side our Sales Support Team & our Field Sales Team. You will also be carrying out Customer Communications throughout the Customer Journey.

Salary £21,000 pro rata for part time hours.
