**Responsibilities**:
- Helping with online enquiries and website administration
- Answering telephone sales enquiries
- Communicating with customers regarding stock lead times and expected delivery schedule for their online orders.
- Communicating with suppliers regarding their stock levels, expected delivery dates and purchase order confirmation requests.
- Ensure correct administrative procedures are followed in the company.
- Assist sales team with promoting the company's brand, products, or services.
Role requirements:
- Strong numeracy & literacy skills
- Attention to detail essential
- Organised, self-motivated and proactive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative in a busy office is essential, and to know when to ask for help
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel & Outlook
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £21,500.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
