We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced culinary environment. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting the kitchen staff by ensuring that the kitchen is clean, organised, and well-equipped for food preparation. This position is ideal for individuals looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry, particularly within hotels and restaurants.

**Duties**
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and service areas.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs and cooks.
- Wash, dry, and store kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and dishes efficiently.
- Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly.
- Help with stock rotation and organisation of supplies in storage areas.
- Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- A passion for culinary arts and hospitality is highly desirable.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure setting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities within the kitchen.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract

Pay: £9.50-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
