**About The Role**:
At Wren Kitchens, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute your creativity and personality joining the Marketing Department as a Visual Merchandising / Accessory Buying Assistant based in our head office at Barton-upon-Humber.

This role with be integral in positively influencing and developing the VM strategy throughout our state-of-the-art showrooms across the UK and in the USA. Predominately responsible for the sourcing and ordering of styling accessories you’ll work alongside current and future trends, which will enhance and inspire our customers journey within our showrooms.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Source and purchase current and future styling accessory packages to enhance our showroom displays
- Further to the buying role, you will have the opportunity to style and install visual concepts within the seasonal calendar
- Support with creating styling inventories across our refitted showrooms to enhance relevant trends
- Working with the Area VM team to ensure accessories and prop packages are coordinated to our showroom restyling programme
- Collaborate with the Store Design department to ensure styling products are considered to fulfil each individual kitchens display
- Manage and maintain the display accessory matrix and the distribution across our current and newly refitted showrooms

In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

**About You**:
**Desired skills and Knowledge**:

- Passionate with a strong work ethic and keen eye for detail
- You’ll be educated with a relevant design qualification
- Established currently either in a VM, interior design or creative role
- Previous experience working with external suppliers, purchasing would be desirable
- To be flexible & adaptable to the need of the business
- Ability to travel to support showroom openings and visit refit projects
- Willingness to constantly learn, develop and support
- Strong computer skills including Abode Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Full UK Driving License.
