Ipswich, United Kingdom Deben Willow Care Full time

**Senior Carer / Supervisor**

Due to the introduction of a new business model that allows a supply of reactive care staff throughout our operational hours, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for efficient, well organised and experienced supervisors to join our **Supervison team** based in Melton, near Woodbridge, Suffolk.

With this new model in place, we have created an opportunity that is unusual for the industry. Our Operational and Supervisory teams rarely have to react in person to anything other than an actual emergency. We understand the importance of staff and client engagement, so are keen to ensure our teams are not saturated with covering care visits, and are free to focus and react on what really counts.
As our dedicated workforce, and Driver support team are on hand to support with sickness, absence and short-notice cover, this enables us to concentrate on Staff engagement, supervision, training and development of our teams to ensure that all of our service users receive the top level of care.

Reliability, commitment and a passion for care, coupled with the ability to work as a team member. Be able to think on your feet and be confident to deal with any scenario that confronts you as an individual.

The role of the **Senior Carer** is as a team of 3, working with the Registered Care Manager and Business manager to maintain compliance across the business structure and care delivery.
