We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced breakfast supervisor to join our team. As the breakfast supervisor, you will be responsible for all aspects of our breakfast operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and ensuring exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for the culinary and hospitality industry and possess strong leadership skills, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement training programs to ensure consistent service standards
- Create and maintain an inventory management system for all bar supplies
- Monitor and control costs to maximize profitability
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate food and beverage offerings
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and make recommendations for improvements

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role within the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and restaurant operations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Proven track record in managing inventory and controlling costs
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
