Working together with our Chief People Officer and HR Senior Leadership Team, you will actively drive our Diversity, Equality and Inclusion (DEI) agenda across the Ardonagh Advisory platform to help take our culture of inclusion to the next level while ensuringa framework of compliance with the relevant legislation. You will act as the central point of expertise supporting the team at every level.

This is both a strategic and operational role, with a broad remit to champion DEI at all levels across the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

This is an exciting role where you will have the freedom to shape the Ardonagh Advisory DEI strategy; transforming our practices, coordinating our community leads and creating alignment so our initiatives, programs, events, are engaging and informative.

You’ll be encouraged to challenge our current ways of working and practices that block our strategic ambitions and help us to foster a culture of inclusion, bringing with you, your market-leading Diversity and Inclusion research to inform our ways of working.You will set the KPIs to makes sure we achieve our DEI agenda, monitor our progress and benchmark against industry best practice so that we are always improving what we do.

We already have super engaged teams in HR and across our business who you will actively guide to further embed DEI practices into processes including recruitment and selection, performance review, talent and career development etc

This also includes supporting and leading our already established Employee Communities to plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate regular DEI events and activity, utilising external resources and speakers where required.

**What we’re looking for**

You will come with a deep understanding of employment legislation relating to equality and diversity as well as the commercial and competitive benefits of diversity principles and experience of keeping policies and procedures up to date and relevant. Project/ Programme management experience is also essential so that you can work to provide solutions to DEI issues and take opportunities to make improvements at all stages of the employee lifecycle.
