We have a fantastic opportunity for a full-time Recruitment Assistant to join the Recruitment Team at our successful and industry-leading company, based at our head office in Chesterfield.
You will be expected to work confidently and autonomously, reporting to and supporting the Recruitment Lead.
You will be an excellent communicator and be confident having conversations with both staff across the organisation and clients, family and other professionals. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge of recruitment practices and current legislation.
**Role Overview**:
- To undertake general office duties
- Respond to and direct telephone calls within the department
- Collate recruitment data as requested by the Recruitment Lead
- To represent the company, with the Recruitment Lead, at careers fairs, in person or at virtual events
- Keeping up to date with recruitment / employment legislation and training
- To assist with posting adverts on social media platforms in the absence of the Social Media Recruitment Officer
- Embrace the company timescales for recruitment to help meet the client target start date
**Requirements**:** Essential Knowledge / Experience / Qualifications**:
- 1yr minimum experience of working in Recruitment or HR
- Knowledge of Recruitment Legislations and the Equality Act 2010
- Knowledge of Right-To-Work rules
- Excellent English language, written and grammar skills
- Must be a confident and clear communicator
- Experience of working in a busy office environment
- Experience of using office-based systems/ATS/software/Microsoft Office
- Experience in the use of various social media platforms for posting and editing content
- You must be a driver with access to a vehicle as you may need to drive as part of this role
**Desirable Criteria**:
- Experience working in Adult Social Care
- RSA Typing Qualification
- IT Qualification
