LifeCare (Edinburgh) Limited is recruiting for a Help at Home coordinator to provide Maternity cover for a 9 - 12 month period starting around 1st June 2025.
Our Help at Home service helps people with health and support needs, and their carers to stay in their own homes; we provide shopping, cleaning, laundry, meal preparation etc.(no personal care is undertaken by Help at Home Staff) plus hot meal delivery through our meals on wheels project. As part of our team you can make a huge difference to people’s lives and help them to stay independent at home.
**Part Time 21 Hours per week Try Indeed AI** Enhance
**Salary £17,199 per annum.**
**Applicant required to hold driving license and have access to a car for work.**
**6 weeks holidays including statutory holidays.**
**Maternity cover contract.**
The main purpose of the role is to:
- Co-ordinate the day to day running of the Help at Home service ensuring that the service provided is high quality and tailored to client's needs. Conduct assessments of potential and current clients and arrange support that suitably meets their needs. Provide support and advice as needed to the approx. 250 clients of the Help at Home service.
- Support and supervise the Help at Home staff team (30-35 staff members). Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with statutory requirements, quality standards and organisational policies and procedures.
- Work with third sector partners, health, and social care professionals.
- Work with the Senior Leadership Team and Business Development Manager to promote the new and existing LifeCare services to potential clients and increase our client base.

Pay: £15.75 per hour
Expected hours: 21 per week
