Training Coordinator

**Contract**:Permanent, full-time
**Salary**: £26,000 - £28,000, depending on experience & qualifications
PGL is entering an exciting period of growth and we are looking for an experienced trainer to join the People Development team as a People Development Coordinator. This role will work in partnership with the leadership teams on our centres to identify and support their people development needs.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Coordinating the qualification and training requirements of their centres and working with the wider People Development team to provide effective and engaging solutions.
- Providing training, coaching, and mentoring for aspiring, and new, first time line managers.
- Delivering high quality training.
- Supporting colleagues to improve the quality of training delivered by our centre teams.
**What we are looking for**:
We are looking for people that have experience of working either in the outdoors or in the hospitality or retail sector. You will need to have experience of training and coaching others and a passion for helping others to develop their knowledge, skills and behaviours. Always looking to improve, you will be a role model and will set and achieve high standards in everything you do. You will be great at setting your own work agenda, be self-motivated and prioritise well. You will be able to communicate with passion and enthusiasm and be confident when presenting to a large audience. We are looking for someone that is creative, embraces innovation and change, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, whilst taking responsibility for your personal health and wellbeing and demonstrating a healthy work-life balance.
This role requires regular travel to our residential centres across the UK. Ideal locations include our offices in Ross on Wye or close to one of our centres.
