**Who you will report to**:
On a day-to-day basis, you will be working under the direction of a Team Leader, but accountable to a Unit Manager

**The Hours**:
Fantastic set hours of Monday - Friday 8.30-4.30 - no weekend working

**Your Purpose**:
You will:

- Promote independence
- Maintain a person’s dignity and treat them with respect at all times
- Help to ensure our day service bases are happy and stimulating environments
- Support individuals to engage in a choice of meaningful activities either in base or out in the community ( dependant of their funding)
- Support individuals with their personal care needs and ensure high hygiene standards
- Follow individuals care and support plans, support strategies, risk assessments etc
- Support and assist individual with moving and positioning
- Administer medication in line with a person’s care plan
- Adhere to PossAbilities policies and procedures
- Report any incidents of concern that arise in respect of Health and Safety, Safeguarding and other relevant incident management processes
