This department has seen some really exciting hires within the team and are well recognised within Chambers and Partners and Legal 500. The team is dynamic and forward thinking and have some really good clients nationally. As a result of exciting expansionplans the insolvency team is now looking to recruit an additional Senior Associate into the team. The highly rated insolvency team of this leading practice provides advice on a range of issues which arise when insolvency occurs. The firm has identified a needwithin their flourishing department and they are actively looking to recruit an experienced Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor. Your role will involve advising individuals, companies and also insolvency practitioners on all aspects of insolvency-relatedmatters. The successful Insolvency Solicitor will be providing assistance on receiverships, liquidations and company voluntary arrangements as well as administrations. You will be ambitious, driven and enthusiastic and have a passion for business development.A team player and a strong work ethos is essential for this role. You will ideally have a minimum of 5 years' PQE within this area of law. What will really make you stand out is your personality as you will have an unparalleled drive and ambition to progressyour career but also to make the time to manage and mentor junior fee earners. Applicants should have a genuine passion for insolvency law and a strong commercial approach coupled with the ability to work effectively within a team.
