**Role Overview**: As a Claims Partner, you’ll be at the forefront of our commitment to policyholders, clients, and colleagues. Your mission? To provide outstanding service while managing day-to-day claims, with a special emphasis on **subsidence**. Your communication skills—both written and verbal—will shine as you engage with customers from diverse backgrounds. Together, we’ll achieve common goals, ensuring excellence every step of the way.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Keep claims up-to-date by meticulously entering data into our mainframe system.
- Champion excellent communication—internally and externally—using active listening to capture accurate information.
- Meet and exceed personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Dive into project work related to engineering issues when needed.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
