Payroll Advisor

**HYBRID ROLE**
A successful and growing financial services company based in the heart of London are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Payroll Advisor to be involved in the customer service and data side of the payroll. This role will be Senior to a team of PayrollAdministrators dealing with resolution and getting involved in process improvements.
**Within the role, the key tasks and responsibilities will include but are not exclusive to**:
- Liaising with the HR Admin to ensure the smooth flow of payroll data to and from the team.
- Maintaining payroll procedures, ensuring they are up to date, accurate and followed.
- Planning and ensuring adherence to the payroll processing schedule.
- Exception reporting and auditing payroll data to ensure audit compliance.
- Assisting with day-to-day processing of the payroll when needed including input, reconciliation and report running.
- Understands payroll processes, governance and audit requirements and can translate those into workable processes and procedures.
- Experience of payroll processing, data entry through to reconciliation and reporting.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
Initially, it will be on-site. Once trained looking to go hybrid long term They offer an entrepreneurial culture which is reflected in empowering their associates to act quickly, learn fast and provide the right solutions for their clients.
