**Logistics Co-Ordinator - About the role**:
Reporting to the Equipment Manager, the key duties of this role will include:

- Responsible primarily for the shipping and logistics of all Cyberhawk equipment
- Scheduling of equipment and vehicles for the weekly operations schedule
- Responsible for the accurate upkeep of all equipment inventories and related MS SharePoint databases
- Completing shipping manifests, Commercial and Proforma invoices, ATA Carnet and Dangerous Goods documentation (Lithium-Ion Batteries only).
- Prepare and label loads for shipment
- Tracking equipment for our global operations and providing updates as requested
- Point of contact for all courier enquiries
- Assisting the Aviation Department to deliver our services wherever they happen in the world

**Key skills, competencies and interests include**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level of computer proficiency
- Attention to detail
- Highly organised
- IATA Dangerous Goods by Air and Sea qualified and current (training will be provided if required)
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving licence
