A main contractor with a portfolio of CAT A & B fitouts and refurbishments across multiple sectors (Residential, Leisure, Education and more) are looking for an experienced Estimator to join their growing team in South London.

**The Estimator's role**

The Estimator will need to take a leading role in some upcoming projects largely within the Residential and Commercial sectors. One of these projects includes the CAT A fit-out of a 15,000+ sqft property in Central London.

The Estimator will report to the Commercial Director of the South London office and will be provided plentiful opportunities to develop their professional skillset and expand their experience via projects through a variety of sectors.

**The Estimator**
- 3+ years Estimating experience
- Relevant HNC/HND qualification
- Experience with a Main Contractor essential
- Experience within the Commercial sector preferrable
- Experience within other traditional build sectors essential
