Controller - Breakdown Recovery

Experience of the motor trade or some mechanical/vehicle knowledge and will be able to identify EV and Hybrid vehicles.

Experience of working under pressure, to strict KPI’s whilst maintaining a dynamic and fluid plan.

Good geographical knowledge of the North East area.

The ability to work alone and as part of the team.

A can-do attitude with the ability to absorb information and a self-starter.

High standards of professionalism and excellent customer service with a good telephone manner and the ability to diffuse situations.

A good working knowledge of computer systems and software including Microsoft Office.

The role;
Co-ordinating specialist rescue and recovery resources to live breakdown tasks across the region; logístical planning of pre-arranged vehicle movements across the UK and ES requested uplifts.

Using multiple systems to manage and dispatch resources effectively.

Working in a busy and vibrant 24/7 environment

**Salary**: £14.00 per hour + £1.50 per hour night shift allowance for 1900/0700 shifts.

Monday 0700/1900 / Wednesday 0700/1900/ Saturday 0700/1900/ Sunday 0700/1900

**Shifts Week 2**

Tuesday 0700/1900 / Thursday 0700/1900 / Friday 0700/1900

**Shifts Week 3**

Monday 1900/0700 Wednesday 1900/0700 Saturday 1900/0700 /Sunday 1900/0700

**Shifts Week 4**

Tuesday 1900/0700 Thursday 1900/0700/ Friday 1900/0700

**Rolling Rota - 4 Week Pattern**

5.6 weeks holiday per year.

Pay: From £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 - 48 per week
