**Financial Planning & Analysis Manager**

T2M Resourcing are working on behalf of a highly successful division of a global organisation who have an opportunity for a Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to join the team. As Finance Manager you will lead the divisions financial planning processesand analysis (5-year plan, budgeting, forecasting) and the preparation of management reporting and analysis.

- Salary £65,000 to £75,000 + Bonus & Benefits Package

As Financial Planning & Analysis Manager you will be responsible for:
**Financial Planning and Analysis**
- Responsible for the consolidated month-end analysis on financial performance
- Consolidating regional reporting and performing variance analysis vs budget and forecasts
- Preparing the monthly Finance packs for group finance and the Operating Committee
- Prepare consolidated (Key Performance Indicators) KPI reporting across and monitor business performance against KPI’s
- Development of KPI’s to help drive business performance
- Lead the budget/forecasting and 5-year plan process with overall responsibility for process, deliverables and accuracy.
- Work with Group finance and the business on ensuring timelines are defined and deliverables met
- Prepare budget packs with insightful analysis and identification of key risks and opportunities
- Ensure accuracy of information and provide challenge regional budget holders to meet key growth targets
- Lead consolidated Cash Flow forecasting - work with Finance Business Partners to deliver accurate cash flow forecasts for the business
- Prepare Cash Flow forecast reports and identify cash flow risks and opportunities.
- Prepare weekly utilization and financial reports for the Operating Committee
- Responsibility for reporting of Exceptional items and Run rate adjustments

**Leadership**
- Manage and provide leadership to 2 Finance Analysts
- Annual objective setting and performance reviews
- Provide training and support
- Lead the key Financial Planning processes across the division - Budget, Forecast and 5 year-plan
- Work with individuals across Finance and the Business in delivery
- Work closely with Group Finance and R2R teams in ensuring financial reporting requirements are delivered according to timelines

**Process enhancement and Other**
- Identify and lead process improvement initiatives across Finance
- Support the integration of acquisitions and that financial reporting is accurately reflected
- Assist the modelling of new opportunities
- Involvement in projects as required by the business and provide support on ad hoc reporting requirements including analysis that supports decision making
- Drive further Management Information improvements to month end/KPI Reporting
- Ensure data accuracy in TM1 and resolving any issues with the system accountants

To be successful as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager you will have the following skills, attributes and experience:

- Qualified Accountant, ACCA, CIMA, ACA with post qualified experience
- Keen to learn and continually develop skills
- Personable / good communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience working to tight deadlines
- Continuous improvement mindset - proactive and keen to find more efficient ways of working
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- Ideally experienced in using TM1
- Advanced use of Excel
