**The role**
As a Senior Change Controller, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a new team working on a complex and challenging engineering project in the nuclear sector, within a nuclear related infrastructure development project.

Day-to-day, you’ll This role will lead all Change Management activities on behalf of the Project Controls Manager, ensuring processes, systems and Governance is in place to lead control of change for both Product (technical) and Non-Product Baseline changes. You will also:

- Implementation of change management process on the project and assurance of alignment with the business/contractual requirements.
- Ensure the Programme Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) reflects up-to-date information regarding authorised changes.
- Lead Project Change Management reviews and ensure actions are captured and progressed.
- Ensures Change is impacted assessed and implemented accurately over the PMB and Configuration Management Baseline.
- Point of contact with the client and the project accountant for all budget and change control.

This role is full time, 36 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 3 days in the office/onsite and 2 days working from home.

**Essential experience of the Senior Change Controller**
- Extensive recent and relevant experience in a similar environment / business sector
- Awareness of various contracting methodologies (in particular NEC4 Change process)
- Full project lifecycle experience from bid phase through to close out
- Worked on multiple projects of varying type and significant complexity: including varying products, services, across all phases of the lifecycle.
