We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled a **Finance Process Transformation Lead**. This role will play a pivotal role in integrating newly acquired businesses into LRQA’s SAP ByD solution. This includes ensuring seamless alignment with our business priorities and finance transformation objectives.

**How will you make an impact?**
- Lead the ERP integration project for acquisitions, ensuring alignment with LRQA’s finance transformation objectives and SAP ByD architecture.
- Partner with global process owners across R2R, P2P, O2C, Tax, Inter-Company, Reporting, and other key functions to design and implement integrated solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Finance Transformation Director and Project Manager to ensure alignment of the integration project with LRQA’s strategic objectives, timelines, and resource planning.
- Foster close collaboration with outsourced shared service centre providers, as well as local statutory and compliance (S&C) and payroll service providers, to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and operational efficiency
- Define and implement best practices, IT standards, and processes to deliver ERP-related projects on time, within budget, and meeting business needs.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory standards, and audit requirements by maintaining system governance and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess demand, evaluate business requirements, and develop scalable and cost-effective SAP ByD solutions.
- Deliver training and facilitate knowledge sharing to enhance user adoption and system effectiveness across finance and operational stakeholders.

**What will you bring**
- A qualified accountant with experience of delivering Finance Transformation projects in a similar role, and a strong understanding of good practice for standard global finance processes.
- Experienced in providing thought leadership of Finance target operating model (TOM) best practice and understands the steps required to deliver change within an organisation.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability in managing relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders, and able to drive change across the Finance organisation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions.
- Has a growth mindset with the ability to successfully navigate complexity and understand what it takes to be successful in different contexts. Culturally sensitive, empathetic to teams undergoing change and with a high degree of integrity with sensitive data and information
